HOURS: 7:00am to 4:00pm (Mon – Fri)
LOCATION: WBTV, Raycom CBS in Charlotte, NC
TYPE: Full-Time
WBTV is looking for an experienced Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic, well-rounded producer with 3-5 years of experience, who knows how to showcase great content and great personalities. You must recognize hot topics, know what people are talking about, and produce compelling segments based around current events and lifestyle. The ability to plan, execute, and communicate well with the rest of the team is imperative. You must be able to collaborate on projects and take input and ideas from concept to air, sometimes with months to plan, other times with seconds to decide. This is not a typical news producing position, and would be a great fit for an outstanding line producer who is looking for an opportunity to do something new and different. Segment producing experience is a plus.
