Beasley Media Group is looking for a highly experienced sales manager with a successful track record of managing a sales team. This candidate must be a proven leader in radio sales, who will manage a group of sellers over seven radio stations in Charlotte. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual with tremendous communication skills and innovative, productive ideas. Our ideal candidate would take a successful team of sellers to the next level with a focused, strategic approach to increase overall sales. This candidate will oversee the National, Local, NTR, and Digital teams and develop new programs, ideas, and management systems. Responsibilities include: building relationships with new and existing clients; creating integrated programs using all of our group’s resources; managing inventory of all stations; and communicating with key clients and prospects on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

• Five years of Sales Management experience;

• Experience /working knowledge of all advertising mediums;

• Proven record of leading sales team to meet and exceed all revenue goals;

• Strong communications skills with sales staff, clients, and support staff.
