NewsChannel 12 (ABC and FOX newscasts) in coastal Eastern North Carolina is accepting applications for a full-time News Producer in our New Bern office. Key responsibilities include (but not limed to): building compelling and creative rundowns, writing with accuracy and clarity, updating our digital platforms and editing video. Zealous commitment to delivering the latest information and well-executed broadcast production. Our producers live up to our "Getting the Facts Right" image by writing clearly and conversationally, seeking the most up-to-date information and presenting all sides to a story. Our producers are key members of a team whose mission is to deliver well-told stories. |
Experience:
Some experience in a professional newsroom or college TV station is a plus. |
Requirements:
College degree required. Shift to be determined. Job offer is contingent on results of background check. |
