Candidates must be a great communicator and story teller with passion, energy, and a willingness to prepare, learn and grow. Qualifications:

• Must create a bond with listeners and a connection with the community...in person, on-air, and via social channels.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience with phone editing, Audio Vault, Selector, WordPress, social networking platforms.
  
  
• Experience in interviewing and LIVE broadcasts are a plus.
