Columbus Dispatch Story Calls Out Impact of Zoning Regulations

Jim Weiker, Home Section Editor, has wrote an excellent article in Sunday's paper about the cost impacts of zoning regulations and challenges in providing affordable workforce housing options. Weiker cited two 2016 studies, one by ULI and one by the Obama Administration, to support his story. The story is a good complement to conversations that we have begun with Mayor Ginther and City of Columbus officials and are taking to suburban communities.  We will be sharing this story will local elected officials, administrators, and appointed zoning commissions from around Central Ohio.
