The BIA is excited to be once again hosting the 2023 BIA Parade of Homes Thursday - Sunday on September 21st - October 8, 2023. Property locations will once again be through out central Ohio.

New for 2023 the Parade will be showcasing multi family properties as well as new homes!

Details

Any property or development within the BIA's territory (Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Hocking, Licking, Madison, Marion, Perry, Pickaway and Union Counties) is eligible to be entered.
Participating builder, developer or sponsor must be a member of the BIA in good standing.
Product, property and brand information will be on the BIA Parade of Home website from August 2023 to June 2024.
No participant information will be posted on the website, social media or the on site guide until signed agreements and appropriate deposits are filed with BIA.
The property entries are required to be "For Sale or For Rent"
City Scene media will compose the BIA in person event guide which will be available in each of the homes as well mailed to all City Scene subscribers (40,000).
Registration fees range from $2,500 - $3,000
Registration fees increase on April 17, 2023
