Columbus-area home sales fall again while prices jump
Central Ohio home sales fell again in August, providing another sign that the housing market might be tempering.
During the month, 3,249 homes changed hands, 3.2 percent below a year earlier, marking the third time in the past four months that sales have fallen.
Columbus-area homes sold in record time and prices continued to sharply rise, indicating that demand remains strong.
