Grove City’s Beulah Park development rising amid frenzy of plans

The first residents are expected to start moving into Grove City’s Beulah Park development late this summer.

“We are finally hitting on all cylinders and the development is taking shape,” said Pat Kelley, managing partner with GC Beulah Investments.

The firm is the developer of the 212-acre mixed-use site that includes land that once was part of Beulah Park racetrack, which operated from 1923 to here to read more.
