Ghiloni Custom Builders, Inc. hires on Franklinton Rising Trainee
The BIA Foundation and Franklinton Rising have come together in a partnership to form a unique program that encourages the trainees to further their careers in the trades while helping BIA members with their labor shortage.
The Foundation annually awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors or students currently enrolled in college or post-high school training so they can pursue a career related to the construction industry.
