Special guest speaker, Shannon Alter, CPM, will be presenting on, "Mastering the Art of Winning Communication and Conflict Resolution". Communication is everything. It’s the foundation for trust and for the winning relationships we build and keep, personally and professionally. This workshop session redefines how you can effectively communicate, build relationships and navigate conflicts to create higher-performing teams. Great leaders aren’t just heard - they’re understood. Today, leaders need confidence and gravitas to command executive presence, enhance credibility and connect with every person in the room, virtually and in person.

This highly interactive session is the magic of art and science and will transform your approach to intentional communication. Leaders at every level will walk away with effective strategies to connect, engage, and resolve conflict.

After this session, participants will:

• Develop practical strategies to master confidence, personal power and poise in any situation.

• Identify solid techniques to prepare for challenging conversations.

• Learn how to apply top presentation skills for both in-person and virtual audiences.

• Establish effective tactics to diffuse difficult situations.

Registration is required for both sessions. Registration for the luncheon does not include registration for the special session. Registration closes, March 12th.

She has also written a book. If purchased in advance, she will sign on site.
