Professional Development & Education for Commercial Real Estate
BOMA Columbus provides comprehensive education and training opportunities designed to elevate the skills, knowledge, and performance of commercial real estate professionals across Central Ohio. As the region’s most influential organization representing building owners, property managers, facility leaders, and service providers, BOMA offers access to industry‑leading courses, certifications, and ongoing professional development resources to help members advance their careers and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
BOMA Columbus provides access to multiples types of education for professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Some of our regular offerings include
- Lunch and Learns: 90-minute programs hosted by our Vendor members on topics beneficial to property manager. Some Lunch and Learns feature CEs and all are free to members!
- RPA and FMA classes provided in conjunction with BOMI every year: BOMA Columbus partners with BOMI to provide required and elective classes for those seeking certification designations in their field. Special registration rates are available for BOMA members.
- CRASE: Our Emergency Preparedness Committee works hard to help plan pertinent education and seminars on topics such as CRASE I and CRASE II
- High Rise Safety: We currently have a special agreement with Fire Code Academy to provide discounted High Rise Safety education for BOMA Columbus members.
