This course will be offered in person during the 59th Annual Winter Conference 2024. Register for these courses with the 59th Annual Winter Conference.  Please note a minimum number of attendees are required to offer these courses. We encourage early registration should you wish to participate.

The course e-book is included in the cost of the course.  Advanced registration & pre-test is required for the course.  Please include an accurate email address when registering for the conference/course.  The link/code to access your e-book and pre-test will be sent to this email address.
