This program will focus on the various types of Special Needs Trusts available in Ohio and how they relate to eligibility for Medicaid and SSI. Participants will learn the types of waivers available in Ohio, the requirements and essential aspects of Ohio’s STABLE Accounts. Participants will learn essential special needs considerations for their clients when planning with them.
