Our mission is simple:

To connect women financial professionals, cultivate strong professional networks, share proven best practices, and support career advancement at every stage. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just starting out, we want this to be a space where women can grow and connect!

History:

The FPA Central Ohio Women's Alliance launched in early 2026 to foster a dedicated community for female advisors in our region. While women have always been vital to our chapter, this group was created to provide a specific focus on mentorship and peer support. We aim to bridge professional gaps and ensure our members have the tools to thrive in the financial industry.
