Office Administration/Customer Service Representative

Mid size financial planning and investment advisory firm is seeking an office administration/customer service representative. This position involves managing inbound and outbound client communication, client account management, firm administration including billing, and interaction with third party vendors. Strong computer skills are needed as you will oversee the firm’s Client Relationship Management software and will use MS Office with significant work in Word and Excel. Candidate should be a self starter, organized, detail oriented, and client services oriented. Strong written and verbal communications skills are desired. Experience in a financial services or financial planning/investment advisory services firm is a plus. The position is part time at approximately 30 hours per week and has some scheduling flexibility.
