Wisconsin Public Radio (WPR) is seeking a creative, goal-driven and experienced manager and fundraising professional to lead WPR's On-air Fundraising team. The On-air Fundraising Manager is responsible for leading the on-air fundraising unit within WPR's Membership team. Primary responsibilities include developing, directing and/or executing multi-channel member drive campaigns, leveraging best practices, and identifying key performance indicators through data analysis to set revenue goals and evaluate results with a particular focus in member cultivation, growth and retention.
This position also develops and provides leadership in goal setting, communication, collaboration, marketing materials, schedules, and the creation and execution of overall member drive strategy and associated budget. Reports to the Membership Director. Unit Overview The On-air Fundraising team is responsible for WPR's member drive campaigns. Member Drives are the single most effective way to ask WPR listeners for financial support, and the best way to gain new members, new sustainers (monthly donors) and to ask current members to increase or renew their support.
