What We Need:

What You'll Do:

-Daily oversight of Des Moines market along with PD duties on one station
-Management of Mid-North Region, St. Louis and Indianapolis clusters
-Occasional travel to markets.
-Assist market/station PDs create an action plan for all stations.
-Digital growth strategy and monitoring
-Promotions/Revenue ideation
-Oversight of expenses, contracts, company initiatives

What You'll Need:

-Minimum 5 years programming experience

-Regional market oversight preferred.
