We have an opening for an Operations Manager in Iowa at our locally owned radio stations. You will lead our station operations, including being responsible for all aspects of programming and daily operations of the stations. Work closely with Sales to ensure successful sales efforts and station operations. You will Responsible for all on-air content and quality of our Iowa radio stations, including maintaining consistent on-air quality in both programming and advertising content and managing the on air staff.

Our goal is to be the go-to daily source for news and information for our coverage area. We are looking for the right person to make that happen. You should have programming leadership experience and a good understanding of small market radio.

Coloff Media is a local, Iowa family owned radio company with 14 radio stations that focus on local radio and service to our customers. Salary, matching Simple IRA, company health insurance and staff incentive program are part of the benefits package.
