16. Do you end your workweek, let's say, Saturday at noon, and pay at noon that same Saturday?

Allow yourself enough time to make up your payroll AFTER the time records are all filled in for the week. Don't try to end your week at noon on Saturday for example, and pay at noon Saturday also. It is a clear case of not paying much attention to the time records.
