Participants Needed for Focus Group

NACCHO and Metopio want to hear directly from local health departments about current workflows for tracking performance metrics, documenting QI projects, and preparing accreditation materials. We want to know: What tools do you use? What's broken? What would actually help? Your feedback will directly inform how we help you create, manage, and track your progress.   Apply here to join a focus group on Wednesday, March 18 at 1 PM ET: Tracking Results Without the Headaches: A Working Session for Local Health Departments. During this session, the group will focus on:

  • Understanding current tools, workflows, and pain points for performance tracking and planning (including PHAB documentation, grants, and other regulatory processes)
  • Learning how we can improve systems used to track results, identify gaps, and implement changes for better efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability within health departments
  • LHD appetites to test specific features (e.g., e-PHAB export, CHA-to-performance linkage, multi-user metric entry)

Please note: Completing this form indicates interest only. Final participants will be selected from a curated list developed to ensure balanced representation and strong existing relationships with our affiliate partner.
