Job Summary/Description:

WITN, a Gray Television station, is searching for a Raleigh-based Digital Sales Executive to help businesses in the Triangle. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to create solution-oriented campaigns that deliver results. If you get excited about helping businesses connect with their potential customers using the best digital resources in the business, this job is for you! Living the golden rule and having an ardent desire to help people is necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Understanding of digital advertising methods and concepts, well-versed in Targeted Display Advertising, OTT/CTV, Email Marketing, SEM, Targeted Audio, Social and Content marketing, etc.
- Sell, secure, and maintain own book of digital advertising business consistent with station policies and rate guidelines.
- Responsible for the negotiation of digital rates with local and agency clients.
- Creating custom strategies and tactics to achieve client's goals.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Willing to learn all research and utilize in preparing and presenting digital proposals to new clients effectively.
- Prospect new clients and create digital sales opportunities and sponsorships specific to each client.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Digital Sales experience required.
- Training is included & ongoing.
- Organizational skills are a plus.
- Must be coachable & work well with others.
- Candidate needs to be self-driven and able to work independently.
