Details:
WCTI NewsChannel 12 (ABC and providing services to FOX) in New Bern, North Carolina, seeks an energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working Weekend News Anchor. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of anchoring and reporting. You must be able to tell a good story and get the facts to back it up, deliver compelling live shots, and work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be required to anchor and produce on the weekends and report three days a week with duties that include digging for enterprise stories, shooting and editing video and contributing daily to our website and social media platforms. Experience:
This is not an entry level position. Candidates must have a proven track record of anchoring and reporting, especially during breaking news and severe weather situations.
