2026 PCT School Know Before You Go

 

We are excited to welcome everyone to the 76th PCT School Jan. 26-29 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center in Durham!

Here are a few things to keep in mind before you arrive.

  • Schedules and Resources: Our website is the place to find all your PCT info. Check it out to find a 2026 QR codeprintable schedule and the most up-to-date information or access it on your phone via the QR code at right.
  • Vendor Information: Updated Vendor and Exhibitor information can be found on our website. Onsite assistance will be available starting at 1 p.m., Monday, Jan. 26.
  • Badge Pick Up: If you have pre-registered, badge pickup for those who are already registered will be in the Auditorium Foyer. Onsite Registration and Badge Edits will be in Bull Durham.
  • On-Site Registration: If registering on-site, please arrive early and bring licensing information with you.
  • Structural Pest and WDIR Courses: If you are registered to attend the Structural Pest Control Course or WDIR Course, please visit our website to familiarize yourself with the details you need for the course. 

Registration Desk and Badge Pickup Hours

  • Monday, January 26 | 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, January 27 | 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 28 | 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 29 | 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Meetings and Highlights:

  • January Board Meeting: The NCPMA Board of Directors will hold its January board meeting on Monday, Jan. 26 beginning at 3 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
  • General Membership Meeting: The General Membership Meeting will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 2 p.m.in the Empire Ballroom at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, NC. This meeting will include the Election of the 2026-2027 NCPMA Board of Directors. Please make plans to attend and elect the leadership of your association for the coming year.
  • Keynote Speaker: Join us at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27 in the Empire Ballroom to hear our keynote speech “Developing Leaders Within Your Organization” by David Billingsly of the Billingsly Group.
  • Hands-On Program: Learn the latest techniques in wildlife and mosquito treatment and equipment calibration from some of the best in the industry. Register for our Hands-On Program to join us Thursday, Jan. 29 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
