• Monday January 27 at 7:00 am for  the WDIR, Hands On Program and Structural Pest Control Course. 
• Tuesday, January 28, and Wednesday January 29 at 7:00 am for the General Program

• Booth Equipment:
  Includes an 8' high black backdrop, 3' high black side drapes, table and chairs.
• Available Rentals:
  Tables, chairs, stools, wastebaskets, stanchions, and other display equipment.
  Discounts (20%) are available for orders placed with full payment by January 7, 2025.
• Labor Services:
  Installation/dismantle labor can be scheduled. Rates vary by time:
  • Standard: $77.50/hour
  • Overtime: $116.25/hour
  • Double Time: $155/hour
  • Additional surcharge for "Will-Call" services.
• Freight Handling and Storage:
  • Advance Warehouse Deadline: Shipments accepted January 6-17, 2025.
  • Storage fees apply for early/late arrivals or shipments exceeding 3 days post-show.

Important Policies

• Payment:
  • Full payment is required for services before delivery.
  • Credit card on file is mandatory for additional charges.
  • Tax-exempt companies must provide certification.
  • When you e-mail SES your forms, please let them know you’d like to pay via phone or you’d like them to send you a link to pay. They don’t have an online registration system built and we want your card information to stay as safe as possible.
• Cancellations:
  Rental cancellations after move-in begin will be refunded at 50%.
• Material Handling Liability:
  SES limits liability for damage or loss. Exhibitors are urged to secure all-risk insurance.
• Own Labor/Equipment:
  Exhibitors can use their own labor or equipment but must provide proof of insurance 30 days in advance.

• Advance Shipping:
  Address to SES warehouse in Roxboro, NC. Deadline: January 17, 2025.
• Show-Site Shipping:
  Address to the Sheraton Imperial. Deliveries only after January 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
• Freight Rates:
  Based on weight and handling type (crated, uncrated, special handling).
  Example: Crated freight starts at $82.00 per 100 lbs (CWT) for advance shipments.

Structural Pest Control Certification Course

The NCPMA Pesticide Certification Training Program is a two-day course that prepares pest management technicians to sit for the state Structural Pest Control Certification exam. The course is taught by members of the North Carolina State University Department of Entomology. Immediately following the course, participants are allowed the opportunity to take the Structural Pest Control Certification Exam, which is given by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The course covers core training, topics from the certification manual and rules and regulations for each phase of pest management. NCPMA offers the Pesticide Certification Training Program during its annual Pest Control Technician’s School.

The Structural Pest Control Certification Course is the preparatory course needed to take the Commercial Applicator exam, not a study course. Attendees need to obtain study materials well in advance and study the materials before coming to take the prep course. 

1. This Course is a Prep Course

• The Structural Pest Control Certification Course (Jan. 28-29, 2025) is designed to prepare you for the Commercial Applicator Exam (Core and Phase).

• It is not a study course. You must review all study materials in advance.

• Study guides are not provided as part of this course.

• Materials must be purchased or downloaded ahead of time to allow weeks of preparation. 
• Purchase the NC Pesticide Applicator Certification Core Manual and Structural Pest Control Manual at this link.

1. Exam Details

• Date/Time: Thursday morning following the prep course, exam check-in begins at 6:45am.

• Location: Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center.

• Administered By: N.C. Department of Agriculture

• Registration:

• You must register for the exam directly with the N.C. Department of Agriculture. This can be done online here. You can also register in-person with NCDA while at PCT School. The in-person option REQUIRES a check or money order.

• Registration for the prep course does not include exam registration.

• Payment: Pay in person at the PCT school and bring a check or money order made out to “NCDA&CS.” Make sure the check is correctly made out to “NCDA&CS.” The Core exam is free, and each phase is $25.00.

What to Bring:

• Registration confirmation for the N.C. Department of Agriculture exam.
• A check or money order for the exam fee, if registering in person.
