OAMES Education Committee is busy finalizing plans for the annual gathering of Ohio’s HME providers and leading vendors this fall.  The association’s 42nd Annual Meeting & Exhibition titled “Tenacity and Triumph” will be held Oct. 18-19, 2023, at The Grand Event Center in Columbus and we hope to see you there!

Highlights include the addition of a Medicaid Managed Care Pavilion featuring Ohio’s seven Next Generation plans along with the traditional trade show exhibition.  We’ve already sold 22 of 30 tables in the exhibit hall so if you’re interested in exhibiting or sponsoring, click here for the prospectus and submit your application with payment today to grab your spot!  Please contact Victoria in the OAMES office if you have any questions. This year’s keynote address will be led by Jeff Alt presenting “Lessons from the Trail” as our inspiring closing session on day two.  Jeff is a talented speaker, hiking and camping expert, and an award-winning author of seven books and has filmed a Tedx Talk about his Appalachian Trail journey. His expert advice, adventures & books have been featured on ESPN, CNN-Radio, FoxNews.com, Hallmark Channel, ABC’s the List, USAToday.com, in Backpacker Magazine, SHAPE, Women’s Health, Fitness RX for Men, Chicago Sun Times, and many more!  You won’t want to miss Jeff’s message!  Thank you to the VGM Group for sponsoring his appearance!

The hotel room reservation link is now available.  Rooms are discounted at $159/night for OAMES conference participants at the Courtyard by Marriott (Columbus/OSU) adjacent to The Grand Event Center where the meeting will be held.  The room block expires 9/29/23.
