Participation Encouraged in CGS Survey to Share Education and Training Feedback

Survey Remains Open Through October 15

During last month’s Region B Council meeting in Nashville, representatives from CGS Administrators urged providers to participate in the CGS Provider Outreach and Education’s team survey. 

While CMS provides CGS with a statement of work that dictates what they should do and, in many cases, how they should do it; they have the opportunity to implement new solutions, techniques, offerings, and other initiatives that add value to the Medicare program and/or to the HME supplier experience.  Your feedback is very important to help both Jurisdiction B and Jurisdiction C focus on the items that truly add value.  

The following link includes some open-ended questions that they would like suppliers to think about and answer at your convenience.  The survey will remain open through October 15, 2023.

CGS will review the supplier community's feedback then meet with a select group of Region B Council members after the October 24, 2023, Council meeting to determine the next steps.
