ODM Releases Latest Ohio Medicaid Managed Care Plan Comparison Document

The Ohio Department of Medicaid just released the latest Ohio Medicaid’s managed care organizations health plan comparison document. 

To assist Medicaid managed care members in selecting the managed care organization (MCO) that best fits their healthcare needs, ODM partnered with Ohio's MCOs to update the health plan comparison details. This document provides a list of value-added benefits unique to each plan, in addition to an overview of benefits all plans must offer. 

As Ohio HME providers interact with members, please be sure to share the plan comparison document and remind them they can change their managed care plan at any time between now and November 30.

Selections are effective the first day of the month following the selection. Members can change their plan by visiting the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline Portal at https://members.ohiomh.com or by calling the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline at (800) 324-8680. Representatives are available 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
