Reminder to Participate in Innovation Survey -- Open Thru 10/15/23

During the Region B and Jurisdiction B Council meetings in August, CGS announced a survey where your responses will help drive innovations both at CGS and CMS.  While CMS provides CGS with a statement of work that dictates what they should do and, in many cases, how they should do it; they have the opportunity to implement new solutions, techniques, offerings, etc. that add value to the Medicare program and/or to the DME supplier experience.  Your feedback is very important to help both Jurisdiction B and Jurisdiction C focus on the items that truly add value.

CGS will review your feedback then meet with a select group of industry Council members after the October 24, 2023, Council meetings to determine the next steps. Thank you for your time to share your thoughts and opinions to improve the Medicare program for the DME benefit!
