Reminder on How To Access Ohio Department of Medicaid Fee Schedules

Since Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) announced the rollout of historic reimbursement rate increases effective January 1, including those for the DMEPOS benefit, the Ohio Medicaid Integrated Helpdesk (as well as the OAMES office) is receiving more inquiries about fee schedules.  Recently, ODM published a reminder to help providers find the information.

All current Medicaid fees schedules are available in these locations on the ODM website:

• Via the Fee Schedule & Rates page.
• Via the Provider Network Management homepage, click on the “Fee Schedule” tab at the top and follow the prompt to the hyperlink. Note: you do not need to be logged into PNM to access the “Fee Schedule” tab.

OAMES also has a link to the DMEPOS fee schedule (Appendix to OAC 5160-10-01) on its website in the Resources section here along with links to other important Ohio Medicaid resources for HME providers including coverage rules in 5160-10, Medicaid forms and CMNs, the Medical Care Advisory Committee and more.
