March 2 Is World Teen Mental Wellness Day

Important Message from the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities

World Teen Mental Wellness Day is observed on March 2 every year. It was established to raise awareness, decrease stigma and spark very important conversations around the topic of mental well-being and to make those experiencing mental health challenges aware of available resources.

As such a substantial portion of the teenage community deal with mental health challenges, addressing risk factors and increasing awareness surrounding teens mental health is vital.
