Pediatric Mental Health Care Access Town Halls Scheduled in May

Hosted by the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics

The Ohio Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics (Ohio AAP) is hosting 3 virtual town halls to gather local input and vital feedback for the Ohio Pediatric Mental Health Access (PMHCA) program. Each town hall will be hosted by an adolescent health expert and regional pediatric primary care expert from each region.

This project is being funded by the National American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide funding to AAP chapters to support and PMHCA programs. The Ohio Department of Health was awarded PMHCA funds in September 2023.

• Southeast Ohio - May 2 from 12-1 p.m.
• Northwest Ohio - May 9 from 12-1 p.m.
• Central Ohio/All regions - May 13 from 6-7 p.m.
