Digital "ubiquitousness" has become the norm, which has caused the art of marketing to undergo a profound transformation. As a marketer navigating this landscape, I've been reflecting on the delicate balance between engaging through screens and fostering genuine, real-time interactions with fellow humans.

This journey of discovery, innovation and empathy has led me to explore the challenges and opportunities that lie in balancing these two worlds, aiming to create marketing strategies that are not only effective but also respectful of the human need for connection.

The Digital Challenge and the Quest for Balance

As of 2023, people aged 16 to 64 around the world spend an average of 6 hours 37 minutes per day on screens. My own screen time averages around 5 hours and 15 minutes every day per week.
