David Wolford of Continental Express, Inc. Named the ATA 2023 Driver of the Year

He is a member of the Ohio Trucking Association (OTA)

The Ohio Trucking Association (OTA) recently shared that David Wolford of Continental Express, Inc. has been awarded the distinguished 2023 Driver of the Year Award by the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Safety Management Council (SMC). The prestigious award was presented to Wolford during the ATA's Safety, Security, and Human Resources Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.

Wolford's remarkable achievements in the trucking industry set him apart from his peers. With 20 years of experience and an astounding 2.5 million accident-free miles, His dedication to safety and excellence is unparalleled. Only five drivers were nominated for this year's ATA National Driver of the Year Award, and Wolford's inclusion in this select group is a testament to his exceptional skills and track record.

He was named Continental Express's 2020 Dedicated Driver of the Year, a clear sign of his excellence; he also took home the 2022 OTA Driver of the Year Award.
