Quorum Survey: 38 Percent of Association Teams Currently Use AI

Consider how your organization can, too

In a recent survey conducted by Quorum, association professionals revealed that more than one-third (38 percent) of association teams use artificial intelligence (AI) in their day-to-day work.

Why it matters: The proliferation of AI technologies is expected to profoundly impact the way associations operate.

  • Just this week, Google unveiled a new tool for image and video generation; Meta announced expanded features for advertisers, and OpenAI announced a tool to detect if an image is AI-generated.

  • If teams do not start evaluating and adopting new technologies in the coming months, they risk falling behind their peers.

Quorum recommends leaning into AI platforms and approaching them as you would any other new technology. Just like Zoom, Slack or Gmail, there is little reason not to investigate their usefulness for your association’s needs.
