A recent list from the online travel site “Far & Wide” named Athens Ohio’s best college town. If you’ve spent any time in Athens, where it is somewhat difficult to tell where the Ohio University campus ends and the adjoining “Uptown” begins, you already knew Athens was well-deserving of the title.
Not only is Athens one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, it also offers everything you would expect in a college town, and more. A rich local food (and coffee) scene? Check ✅.
