Distributor of the Year
The candidates are, in the judgment of the Board and/or by membership, non-exhibiting members primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution of packaging products to end-users. Criteria to be considered are:
- Recruitment, training, and retention of professional sales representatives
- Provides complete specifications with quote requests and purchase orders
- Responds promptly to customer complaints and documents to supplier
- Works to build mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers
- Supplier sales meeting opportunities and access to sales representatives
- Commitment and systems to distribute supplier merchandising information
- Represents products well in the market
- Maintains satisfactory payment records with suppliers
