Funding Opportunity: Research on Drug Overdose

The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) is offering funds for researchers to use linked data files to investigate hospitalizations/ED visits for drug overdose. Researchers will now have the opportunity to submit proposals on patient-centered outcome research topics using the 2016 NHCS enhanced opioid identification linked to the 2016-2017 NDI and DIM mortality datasets. NCHS will offer up to $12,000 for access to Federal or NCHS Research Data Centers and up to $5,000 for travel and lodging. Submissions must be received by Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11:59 PM.
