All sessions will take place at the conference host hotel, The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, except for offsite events on Sunday, November 16 (optional) and Tuesday evening, November 18 (included in conference registration). (Offsite event details will be available in the coming weeks).

Yes. Breakfast, refreshments, lunch and nightly receptions (with heavy hors-d’oeuvres) are included. On the final day, boxed lunches will be provided for convenience.

While The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth does not offer airport shuttle service, an array of transportation options are available to and from both Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field.

Yes. You will be able to register online via your phone or on a computer at the registration table.

Plenary sessions will take place in the Pecos Ballroom on the mezzanine level of the The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth.
