2014 Congregational Report forms ready for completion Jan 7

You can fill out and submit your report online at www.elca.org/en/About/Congregations beginning on January 7, 2015. Click on the 'Forms A & C Update Now' link on the right-hand side of the page.

You will need your congregation's ID and password, both of which should have already arrived in the mail. If you cannot find this information, contact Gabrielle Hudecek at ghudecek@southernohiosynod.org or call 614.464.3532, option 3.

Please remember that the information that the ELCA receives from your church connects your congregation with the mission and ministry of the ELCA. Over time, the information helps measure congregational health and provides the synodical and churchwide organizations with insight to help congregational needs.

Please file your congregation's report by February 15, 2015. Let's aim for 100% participation this year!
