Congregational Officers invited to attend 'Congregational Officers Day,' March 21

Presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, and financial secretaries are invited and encouraged to attend 'Congregational Officers Day' at David Lutheran Church, 300 Groveport Rd, Canal Winchester, on March 21 from 1 to 4 pm.

At the gathering, you will hear from representatives from Portico Benefit Services, Church Mutual Insurance, members of the synod staff team, and the Bishop. The goal of the day is to provide you with real-world information and tools you can apply to your ministries in your specific congregations.

In addition, the Bishop will be asking you how we can better work together in the Southern Ohio Mission Territory, and what you'd like to see discussed/shared during future 'Congregational Officers Day' gatherings.

Please note that there will be a special gathering in the fall for treasurers and financial secretaries, but you are encouraged to attend the March 21 event to hear from our Portico representative and ask questions, as well as get to know our staff and other treasurers/financial secretaries in our mission territory.
