Synod Assembly Registration Materials Ready for Download--Please Share with Your Voting Members Today!
Registration materials for the 2014 Southern Ohio Synod Assembly are now available for download in the Synod Assembly section of our website.

Online registration is not yet available, but will be soon. This year we will be accepting Mastercard and Visa credit cards, as well as a 'pay by check later' option, when you register online. If you'd prefer to pay by credit card, please make sure to register your voting members online as soon as registration becomes available.
What voting members and visitors can expect at this year's Synod Assembly:
† The Rostered Leaders Conference will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in downtown Springfield June 6, 2014 from 10 am - 4 pm. The conference focus is Leading from Within: The Emotionally Intelligent Leader presented by The Rev. Dr. C. Lynn Nakamura.
† Workshops on the topics of Worship, Technology, Advocacy and Outreach will be held on Wittenberg University’s campus in the Student Center and Shouvlin Hall on June 6 from 10 am - noon and 1:30 to 3:30 pm. See the Worshops pages in the brochure or website for details. ***Workshops are open to all members of the Southern Ohio Synod. You do NOT have to attend Assembly on Saturday to participate in any of these activities!***
† A special synod-wide worship service will be held in Weaver Chapel from 5-6 pm on June 6. Everyone is welcome! Open to all members of the Southern Ohio Synod. Bishop Suzanne Dillahunt will preach. No RSVP necessary.
† Assembly plenary sessions, including elections, Bible Study and other Assembly business will be held in the HPER Center on Wittenberg University’s campus. (June 7) Everyone is welcome to attend...voting members and non-voting members!
† A vendor fair featuring businesses specializing in providing goods and services to congregations and people like you! Our affliates, partners and synodical task forces will be joining us as well, so plan to visit and hang around for a while on June 7 at the HPER Center. Look for a list of vendors planning to attend soon.
