Letter From Leadership

December 2023

Lisa

Dear ADAA Members,

As the year draws to a close and the festive spirit of December fills the air, I want to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude and warmest wishes to each of you, the invaluable members of the American Dental Assistants Association.

Looking back on the year, we have navigated challenges together and celebrated numerous achievements, all of which were made possible by your unwavering commitment, hard work, and dedication to the field of dental assisting. Your exceptional contributions have not only propelled our profession forward but have also ensured that our community remains strong, supportive, and vibrant.

The role of a dental assistant is pivotal in the healthcare system, requiring both skill and compassion, and you have exemplified these qualities daily. Whether it's through patient care, or continuing education, you have made a significant impact on the lives of many. For this, I am incredibly proud to represent such a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals.

As we step into the holiday season, it is my sincere hope that you find time to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the company of loved ones. May this time be filled with joy, laughter, and reflection. Let's cherish these moments and carry the warmth and goodwill forward into the new year.

Looking ahead, I am excited and optimistic about what 2024 holds for us. Together, we will continue to advance in our careers, support one another, and further the cause of dental health. The ADAA is committed to providing you with the resources, education, and support you need to thrive and succeed.

In closing, I wish you a delightful holiday season and a New Year filled with happiness, health, and prosperity. Thank you for your dedication to the ADAA and the dental assisting profession. Here's to a bright future ahead!

Happy Holidays!

Warmest regards,

Lisa Childers Hernandez.
