This session explored how assessment tools can help “go beyond the resume” to identify well-rounded candidates who are the best fit for both the role and the organization.

3. Determining whether an individual will fit the organizational environment & culture
4. Exploring some of the most critical “soft skills” & how we can identify candidates with those skills
