2026 GWA Brand Ambassador 

Congratulations to Gracie Bananto on being awarded the 2026 GWA Brand Ambassador scholarship and opportunity to represent the Georgia Watermelon association throughout the year. 

Gracie is from Warner Robins, Georgia and is attending Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication with a minor in Agribusiness..  She is currently involved as an ABAC Ambassador, Student Government Association member, and School of Agriculture and Natural Resources Leader. After graduation, Gracie would like to find a career in agriculture marketing or agriculture sales . She would love to find a career opportunity to travel to farms all across the state of Georgia or the southeast!

This position is part of the overall promotional effort of the Georgia Watermelon Association to increase sales. The GWA Brand Ambassador spends the year creating content around retail, social media, farm tours throughout Georgia and the nation, interacting with consumers to drive engagement and boost sales while educating everyone about the nutritional benefits and economical value of watermelon.
