The NCOAA represents North Carolina’s leading outdoor advertising companies and strives to promote and protect direct and indirect jobs sustained by the Outdoor Advertising Industry.  For decades, the Industry has excelled as a good corporate citizen by providing a robust public service program - and seeks to increase these efforts by the further adoption of digital technology.  As good environmental stewards - NCOAA members utilize recyclable billboard vinyls and the Industry is currently upgrading to LED lighting to further reduce their almost non-existent carbon footprint.
