For decades, the Industry has excelled as a good corporate citizen by providing a robust public service program—this program continues today and has become an increasingly popular resource for nonprofit groups and departments of the State seeking to educate a massive audience. 

Outdoor advertising continues to be the most effective means for all advertisers to reach consumers where they spend the majority of their days… outside their homes, in their communities.  The North Carolina Outdoor Advertising Association established its Public Education Program (PEP) to partner with civic groups, charitable organizations, and various governmental agencies to promote positive educational messaging through the use of outdoor advertising.
