Avi S. Olitzky

Avi S. Olitzky is the President and Principal Consultant of Olitzky Consulting Group. Recognized by colleagues as “a visionary leader who sees the possibilities and realities we need—that don’t yet fully exist,” Avi brings strategic insight, innovation, and hands-on leadership to every initiative.

Over the course of his career, Avi has served as senior rabbi for one of the largest congregations in North America, launched and grown innovative information technology and content-driven production companies, and served as founding board chair and board member for numerous non-profit organizations. He is a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS), master facilitator, design thinker, strategic planner, innovator, speaker, and retreat organizer.

Avi has advised and consulted with membership organizations, associations, non-profits, camps and youth programs, synagogues and churches, and for-profit executives on leadership development, organizational culture, and operational effectiveness. Recently invited to join the faculty of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management, he is regarded as a futurist who thrives on collaborating with visionary organizations and individuals dedicated to positive global impact.

A sought-after speaker, Avi has presented at national and regional events including ASAE, FSAE, the NFDA Leadership Conference, TSAE, Associations North, and CMAA. He is also the co-founder and Chief People and Spiritual Officer of SpirituWell, a virtual spiritual care provider offering real-time access to chaplains across diverse faiths and denominations.
