Cancellations/Refunds:

All registration cancelations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 27, 2025. A refund of the full conference fee paid, minus a $25 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 27, 2025. Submit all cancellation requests via email using the subject line "OFDA Registration Cancellation" to info@ofdaonline.org . OFDA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Badge sharing or utilization of prior year(s) badge is strictly prohibited.
