Exhibitors
Please complete your application and payment by January 15, 2025, to be included in the initial booth assignment process. If booth spaces are still available after January 15, 2025, contracts received after that date will be assigned space based on the date they were received regardless of cumulative point status. The initial deadline of January 15 has passed, but there are limited exhibit spaces still available. - Lead retrieval order form – Each attendee will have a barcode on their badge that you can scan to record their contact information. See order form for more information.

Show Decorator:
As an exhibitor, you will automatically receive an introduction email in the next few weeks from our official show decorator, Fern Expo, with instructions on creating your password in the team based platform for exhibitor ordering and information, OneView. After you’ve logged on and created an account you will be able to order services from Fern as well as information and services provided by other vendors. Once you have created your password, you will be able to access the Fern exhibitor portal by going to fernoneview.com.
Please email Fern Exhibitor Services at exhibitorservices@fernexpo.com should you have any questions or if you need to have the introduction email and instructions for online ordering re-sent to you. Please also check your spam mail as their information is sometimes caught there. If you have not received your invite by March 1, contact exhibitorservices@fernexpo.com or call 800-774-1251 ext. 1
Exhibitor Set-Up Hours:
All exhibitors can set up either on Monday or Tuesday. Please note that on Tuesday ALL exhibit spaces must be set up by either 10:00am or 2:00pm depending on location (see Tuesday details below). See floor plan linked above if you are uncertain your location.
Monday, April 28
Open set up time for all exhibitors is 2:00 to 5:00pm
Tuesday, April 29
Set-up time for booths (1-8) in the Regent Foyer is 8:00-10:00am (must be completed by 10:00am)
Set-up time for booths (9-96) in the Easton Grand Ballroom and Easton Foyer is 8:00am-2:00pm (must be completed by 2:00pm)
Exhibit Hours:
• Tuesday, April 29: 4:00 – 6:30 pm
• Wednesday, April 30:
o Lunch: Additional face time with attendees during the exhibitor sponsored lunch on the exhibit floor from 11:30am to 12:15pm
o Exhibit Hours: 3:00 – 5:30 pm
• Thursday, May 1: 10:15 – 11:45 am (you may tear down immediately after exhibit hours)
OFDA encourages you to staff your booth even during the “off” hours for maximum exposure to those attendees who do not participate in the sessions (must always be properly badged). This will give you an opportunity for more one on one time.
Hotel Information:
The hotel room rate is $199 plus tax and the reservation deadline is April 5. Call the Hilton directly at (614) 414-5000 to make your reservation, provide the group code 939 or book your reservation here. If your plans change and you have hotel room(s) to release, please call OFDA so we can potentially use those for members on a wait list.
