Longtime Chagrin Falls High School Head Baseball Coach Michael Sweeney recently won his 400th career game when the Tigers defeated Chippewa in the Sectional Final on May 17th, 2023.

Sweeney has been the Head Coach since 2001 and during his tenure has won 9 CVC Conference Championships, 14 Sectional Championships and 5 District Championships. In 2022 he was inducted into the Northeast Ohio Baseball Coaches Association (NEOBCA) Hall of Fame.
